## The boundary (read before scoping)

Observation and documentation only, under the client's designated safety authority. Never the author of the client's safety plan or IIPP; never the competent or qualified person for any employer; no regulatory filing authority; no restart approval; no emergency coverage; the client keeps every Cal/OSHA employer duty. A request for any excluded role is a different engagement and is screened separately: see not_included_by_default in agent.json.

## How to request a quote

Email brandon@ecowealthsafety.com with the agent.json intake fields answered. A missing fact blocks a quote; UNKNOWN is a valid answer where your principal does not know. Include your principal's name, company, and reply address, and identify yourself as an assistant acting with their consent.
