Credential boundary
CHST and STS are verifiable BCSP professional certifications. They do not by themselves create universal competent-person status, engineering authority, regulatory authority, contractor licensing, or ownership of a client's safety program. Where another authority is required, EcoWealth identifies, documents, holds, and routes the work instead of pretending the credential creates that authority.
No standing public price. A scoped request commits nobody. Physical work, site access, insurance, licensing, client authority, and governing terms must be admitted for the actual engagement.
