2. Master agreement, then a statement of work per site. Names your authorities, the coverage window, and the photo and data rules. Scope changes are written amendments, never quiet expansions.
3. Insurance. Errors and omissions in force with Hiscox; the certificate is delivered at execution, and your project's general liability requirements are confirmed before the first shift.
4. Kickoff, then the first shift. Service begins only after the named authorities, site access, schedule, open items, and privacy profile are confirmed.
