Vealth, our related work platform, maintains separate privacy information for its own services.

Some pages store a light/dark theme preference locally in your browser under the key esw-theme.
How information is collected and disclosed
On this website, quote and inquiry forms assemble email drafts locally in the browser; typing into them does not upload their contents to our web server. If you choose to send the email, your email provider transmits it to our business mailbox. We also receive information from direct correspondence, authorized project representatives, agreed document channels and contracted payment or banking providers. We may disclose relevant details by email, agreed document exchange, invoice or the payment provider's own secure interface; an inquiry does not authorize public work-board or blockchain publication.
How information is used
We use information to respond to inquiries, verify authority and service fit, prepare quotes, contract and perform approved work, report results, coordinate with approved client personnel, administer invoices and payments, maintain records, protect operations and comply with legal requirements.
Who receives information

Security safeguards

We do not intentionally post private client submissions or site evidence publicly without authorization. No system can guarantee absolute security. Retention

Your theme preference is retained by your browser until cleared. There is no universal fixed retention period across these categories.
Cookies and browser signals
Our current Safety pages do not install cross-site advertising trackers. The optional theme preference uses browser local storage. Infrastructure may process connection metadata to deliver and secure the site. We do not currently change site behavior in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; if those practices change, this notice and applicable controls must be updated.
Your choices and rights
You may ask what personal information we maintain about you, request correction or deletion, or exercise additional rights where applicable law provides them. This business-facing website is not intended for children; please do not submit information about a minor without lawful authority.
