Our website describes potential field safety observation/documentation, work coordination, digital repair, operational safety and related professional services. A request, form-generated email, sample report or estimate is not a binding offer, approved contract or guarantee of availability. An engagement begins only when the parties accept a written scope, authority, price, payment terms, dates, deliverables and other required conditions. We may decline work we cannot safely or lawfully perform.
Safety and authority
Website information is not a project-specific inspection, engineering opinion, regulatory determination, compliance certification or emergency service. A client's designated employer and site safety authority retain their legal duties, site access and work stoppage/restart decisions. Our CHST and STS credentials do not confer powers reserved to a different licensed or employer-designated professional. Follow your project plan and contact responsible authorities or emergency services where needed.
Fees, invoices, refunds and cancellations
This Safety website has no general online checkout, automatic recurring subscription or public fixed service price. Client charges are agreed in a written scope and billed by invoice or purchase order. Payment methods, due dates, cancellation procedures, refund eligibility, disputes and deliverable acceptance follow that agreement and applicable law. An inquiry alone creates no charge. For a billing dispute or refund request, email [email protected] with the invoice reference, not your complete payment card number.
Information you provide
Send only information you are authorized to share.
