EcoWealth Safety, Safety Readiness Session record

SYNTHETIC SAMPLE. The contractor, the project, the people and the dates below are invented to show what the $2,500 session hands you. It is not a real record. The owner's list is real: LACCD Section 01 31 50, Design-Bid-Build revision 2023.11.20.

What this record is

A written account of the safety paper you showed us on the session date, read against the owner's own list, with every due date counted from your contract's own events. You own, sign and submit every document. Acceptance is the owner's decision: on LACCD work, the Regional Safety Manager's. This record is not a submittal, an approval or a finding about your site.

The dates on the clock

  1. 2026-11-14: the CPS-0427 plan and the NFPA 241 fire plan. They come due first, before the IIPP, because they count back from mobilization.
  2. 2026-11-26: the IIPP with the signed policy statement, and the HazCom program.
  3. Before 2026-12-14: OCIP enrollment and the sub list, the orientation with the Regional Safety Manager, the planning meeting with every known sub-trade, and every sub handed the plan and Section 01 31 50.
  4. Before any work on site: the CSR's papers, and an alternate's 48 hours before the alternate steps in.
  5. Now: each of your subs owes its own IIPP, which the spec wanted in place by bid day. Ask each for theirs.

The next step

Your project manager starts the CPS-0427 plan and the fire plan this week, because they are due first. When your drafts are ready, we can read them against the list again before you submit, billed by the hour and agreed in writing first. From mobilization, half-day site visits run $650 each, with our written photo report the same day.
