Owner-list read · LACCD
LACCD Section 01 31 50: what is due when
Clock rule. Your IIPP and HazCom are due thirty days after the Notice of Intent to Award, and the site plan thirty days before mobilization.
This is a public read of the owner’s list, not a submittal, approval, legal opinion or compliance determination. Count from the dates in your contract and confirm the current revision with the owner’s named safety authority. The sample session record shows how a paid read holds a project’s own dates and missing items.

The current contract, revision and owner direction govern. A readiness session reads the documents you show against that list, counts the dates, and returns missing items and next steps. It does not file, approve or certify them.
