EcoWealth Field Safety Support — Same-Day Field Report

SYNTHETIC SAMPLE. Every client, site, person, and event below is invented to show the shape of the deliverable. It is not a real record.

What this record is — and is not

This is a factual field-observation record, prepared for and under the direction of the client's designated safety lead named below. Its value is that it is fast (same-day) and its evidence record can be checked independently (see the Evidence integrity manifest).

It records what was observed. Within this service, EcoWealth does not hold or exercise any of the following, none of which are in scope:

Escalations in this record name the designated client authority and hand the decision to them. This record does not determine conformance with any regulation, code, or standard, it is not a formal examination, and nothing here closes an open safety obligation.

These items are open. This report does not close them; the next shift receives them, and the named client authority owns any decision to resolve them.

Evidence integrity manifest

Each observation's evidence carries a sha256 of its content. Any evidence reference without a valid hash is marked UNVERIFIABLE above and never counted as clean; on this report 0 of 5 observation(s) are unverifiable.

How this cannot be quietly faked, and how anyone checks it — for free:

  1. Each evidence file's sha256 is fixed at capture; changing a photo changes its hash, so a swapped or edited photo no longer matches the manifest.
  2. The manifest root is a single sha256 over the ordered observation hashes; a reviewer recomputes it from the evidence and this table.
  3. Once finalized, this report's own sha256 can be timestamp-anchored to the public Base chain with npm run safety:anchor-timestamp -- --receipt <this-report.md>. That is a dry-run here — it prints the exact prepared transaction and anchors nothing. Broadcasting is a real, gas-spending L4 action and is not performed by this tool.
  4. After anchoring, anyone can confirm the timestamp on basescan.org with only the transaction link — no repo, no git, no account, and no trust in EcoWealth required. Proof verification is free by design and is never put behind a paywall.

Summary for the client safety lead

Over the coverage window, 5 observation(s) were recorded: 2 positive control(s), 1 hazard/concern(s), 1 follow-up(s), 1 escalation(s), and 0 stop-work event(s). 3 item(s) are open and carried forward for the client authority's decision. This is an observation record, not a determination that the site is safe, conformant, or complete.

Honest limits of this record

Generated by npm run safety:field-report from a synthetic fixture. Deterministic: the same input renders byte-identical output, so this document and the generator cannot drift.
