The person on your site. Safety oversight is never subcontracted.
Core competencies

Three programs, one way of working.

Field safety oversight

Construction and other high-value work

Under your safety authority: observation walks, hazard documentation, JHA and pre-task plan follow-up, corrective actions tracked to closed, same-day reports, temporary coverage. Heat season against your own plan (8 CCR 3395, California’s heat rule).

Vealth jobs, on the ground

Street trees, storm drains, litter, sidewalks

Jobs posted on vealth.net, done by the workers who take them and verified by the six steps below. One job or many on one invoice, against your purchase order; our fee is its own line.

Around the work

Site stewardship, digital and AI

Runoff, dust, street trees and the sidewalk at your fence line, logged for your record, never a verdict on a site. By email: digital repair, AI safety review.

EcoWealth Safety / Airport Pro · Under review · not offered. No airport engagement is active or represented here. No regulatory, competent-person, qualified-person, inspection, engineering, aviation, or restart authority is implied.

What sets us apart

One accountable person, and a record you can check.

Credentialed, on site

Brandon Kelly, CHST and STS; American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED, current through 2027-11-14; three years (2023 to 2026) in construction site security on LA Metro’s Purple Line.

A record, not a claim

Fingerprinted photos, items tracked to closed, a same-day report.

One email, one invoice

No portal, no account. A scoped number or an honest no.

How every job is verified

Six steps, every job.

  1. Scope in writing. Place, work, hazards and who accepts the result, agreed before anyone starts.
  2. Walk and observe. The areas you name, on the shift or day you name.
  3. Photograph with time and place. Each photo is fingerprinted when it is taken, so a later edit shows.
  4. Track every open item. An owner, an action and a status, carried to the next visit in writing.
  5. Report the same day. Urgent items reach your named authority at once; the full report before the day ends.
  6. Brandon reviews; you accept. The person your statement of work names accepts the result. Anchoring the record to a public blockchain is free; it proves when it existed and that it has not changed, and does not prove the record is correct.

Read a sample report A synthetic format sample; every name in it is invented.

What stays yours

The boundary is the service.

  • We do not own or author your project safety plan or your IIPP.
  • We are not the competent person or the qualified person for any employer.
  • We hold no regulatory filing authority.
  • We do not approve the restart of stopped work. Only your named authority does.
  • No emergency coverage. We are not in your emergency critical path.
  • You keep every Cal/OSHA employer duty, at all times.

If we see danger, we warn, ask that the activity pause, and reach your named authority at once.

Start

Start with an email.

Write to [email protected] with the site, the work and the dates. Start with one bounded shift, or one credentialed site walk that comes back with the exact next scope. You get a person, and a scoped number or an honest no; nothing binds you before a master agreement and a statement of work are signed.
