A jobsite-oriented record book for pre-task plans, daily reports, and corrective actions, with named human approval and dated sealing. It is not itself a compliance certification. See the safety record system, and the sample field report this service delivers.
An ecological work protocol, onchain

A public timestamping registry
Anyone can anchor a file’s SHA-256 to a public chain without sending us the file, and verifying one is free forever. Use the browser verifier.
The Vealth Standard
A standard for the place already standing: a place holds a Standing computed only from settled work with accepted proof, re-measured on a cadence, and it lapses when the work stops. Read the standard.
A security program with no badge to trust
The site’s security program asserts nothing: your own browser reads the live posture, every published claim carries the check that tests it, and the program ends with a named list of what none of it proves. Run the program.

The practice · stated experience, written rules

Security is people work. Sales is safety work.

Physical security, worked professionally: access control, crowd posture, de-escalation, and incident response. This is stated experience; references on request. Sales, as practiced here, is the same discipline as safety: state the condition, state the control, put it in writing, and never claim past the evidence.

The house rules for how we sell.

No cold outreach and no recruitment, ever. The work is public and self-serve; people arrive because it is useful.
Every pitch exists in writing, on a public page, so no one is told anything a page will not also tell them.
Demonstrations are built before anything is asked for. Evidence first, proposal second.
Unproven claims are named as unproven inside the pitch itself, not in fine print.

What runs whether or not anyone pays.

The clearest evidence offered to any organization is the standing work: a public work board stocked on a daily schedule, free onchain verification, ledgers rebuilt daily from records, and review waves run against our own surfaces, with what they catch fixed rather than buried. Funding accelerates this work. It does not create it.

Anthropic’s Claude performs much of the daily engineering with me, and OpenAI models provide independent review. Directing, checking, refusing, and correcting model output is part of the work; the final judgment about what is published or operated is mine.
